This week I lost 600g again! Which is great, because last week I lost nothing :)
So, I am now proudly 64.9kgs!
Woo, I am almost at my goal for January.
64 is my January 2nd goal, so I'm not far off it! =D

Friday
Weighing in on Friday and I'm super excited. Checked my weight this morning and I have lost about 400 grams so far this week, which is awesome because I had no loss last week!

Yawn.
I'm a little tired so this is just a quick update.
Week 3, I lost 600 grams.
Week 4, I lost nothing, but I also gained nothing ! Which is good. Had a bit of a booze binge lol, naughty me. But, I was straight back to the diet and maintined my weight for the week.
Hopefully I see a loss this week because I'm going hardcore this week! lol.
Keep with it girls!! =]

Woohoo.
Even though I drank alcohol this week, I still managed to lose 600grams. :) Yay.
So, now I'm 66.1kgs. Hopefully, with not too much trouble I can break the 65 mark. Can't wait hehe.
I haven't been exercising much, had no motivation, but I did do a bit of shopping where I was walking around for a few hours.
Been drinking 3 litres of water everyday aswell.
Had a pizza today, NO, not a greasy one from the shops lol. I made one with an empower wrap.
It was delicious!!
I used a wrap, put some spaghetti sauce on the bottom. Topped that with a layer of spinach. chucked on some green capsicum, put a bit of the cheese on. Put some chicken and somezucchini on aswell. It was sooooo darn good. But, I think I won't be having them everynight haha! It was that good, it should be classed as a treat.
Had a mint choccy bar yesterday, I have one a week. They are 4.1g of carbs. So yummy. they cost a bit though ahha, $2.50 for the bar. But you can eat the whole thing and still not feel guilty.
Had a phonecall at 3am this morning, my sister was in a minor car accident. She stupidly got into a car with a drunk person. The durnk smashed into a parked car and totalled both of the cars. He went to hospital, but luckily my sister was okay. Didn't get back to sleep for a while which was crappy, but I did sleep in that day. Because i woke up so late I only had one shake yesterday and I was so hungry at the 3am phonecall, so I cut a bit of cheese up and ate that, then I drifted off to sleep, thank goodness lol, because Zekey woke up at 9am. *yawn*
Gotta buy more shakes tomorrow with the 10 dollar voucher before it expires. I'm not having banana shakes for the whole week haha. Got a box of banana shakes off a friend of mine.
Anyway, enough rambles lol..

First Week
I weighed in yesterday morning and I have lost 1.9kgs. So far, I have exercised only 4 times because I had no motivation. But, now I'm motivated! I walked for my first day on CS. Then I didn't exercise for a couple of days. Finally got motivated and the last three days. I have done at least 30 minutes on WiiFit. I bet my score today on the Hula Hoop. Could barely breathe afterwards haha.
These are my before pictures.
Hopefully I can get rid of that stomach, those boobs and just get a little thinner everywhere.

Starting Weight: 68.6
Current Weight: 66.7
Loss: 1.9kg.
Mini Goals:
64kg - by Jan 2nd; Reward: Healthy nandos salad.
58kg - by March 6th; Reward: Hair cut and colour.
54kg - By May 1st; Reward: New wardrobe.
Main goal:
54kgs.
This gives me about 6 months to reach my goal.
Things are looking up.
