First Week
I weighed in yesterday morning and I have lost 1.9kgs. So far, I have exercised only 4 times because I had no motivation. But, now I'm motivated! I walked for my first day on CS. Then I didn't exercise for a couple of days. Finally got motivated and the last three days. I have done at least 30 minutes on WiiFit. I bet my score today on the Hula Hoop. Could barely breathe afterwards haha.
These are my before pictures.
Hopefully I can get rid of that stomach, those boobs and just get a little thinner everywhere.
Starting Weight: 68.6
Current Weight: 66.7
Loss: 1.9kg.
Mini Goals:
64kg - by Jan 2nd; Reward: Healthy nandos salad.
58kg - by March 6th; Reward: Hair cut and colour.
54kg - By May 1st; Reward: New wardrobe.
Main goal:
54kgs.
This gives me about 6 months to reach my goal.
Things are looking up.
